Mūsu pārdoto preču privātuma dēļ, we are unable to refund or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. Tas ir par veselību, mūsu klientu drošība un sirdsmiers.
Jebkuri priekšmeti, kas paredzēti saskarei ar jebkuru ķermeņa daļu vai šķidrumu, nav atgriežami un nepārdodami. Tiklīdz šīs preces atstāj mūsu noliktavu, tie tiks uzskatīti par lietotiem un tāpēc nevar tikt atgriezti.
Tas iekļauj, bet neaprobežojas ar:
- Vibratori un dildo
- Dušas/klizma komplekti
- Anālās rotaļlietas, krelles un aizbāžņi
- Dzimumlocekļa un bumbu ierīces, dzimumlocekļa gredzeni, un dzimumlocekļa piedurknes
- Gags un auklas
- Apakšveļa un vīriešu apģērbi
- Smērvielas, masāžas eļļas, prezervatīvi un ķermeņa krāsa arī nav atgriežami.
Damages and problems

Refunds
For returns, the shipping costs for both sending and returning will be borne by the buyer, totaling 35% of the order amount.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
