Use the step of the control host:
1. Make sure the battery is fully powered and installed correctly.
2. First, adjust the “strength adjustment” gear to the minimum position.
3. Press and hold the “power switch” button for 3 seconds to boot.
4. Press the “mode selection” button to select electric stimulation mode.
5. Press the “speed adjustment” button.
6. Adjust the “strength adjustment” gear to the appropriate intensity according to your tolerance level.
