We offer a variety of delivery options and most countries we deliver for free.

You can always select a delivery option and check its cost before completing your order.

Of course! We pack all orders in boring brown boxes or plain envelopes, so the only person who is excited about your delivery is you.

If you are away while your package is being delivered, your mail carrier will find a safe place to store your package. If they are unable to leave the package in a safe place, then you will receive an email explaining the next steps, or you will receive a card through your mailbox. If your package is delivered to a local delivery office, then the package will be held for 10 days before it is returned to us. When you pick up your package in person, please do not forget to bring the delivery notice (pickup card, if applicable, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered at your delivery address.

Yes. Our delivery partners offer order tracking as standard. You will receive information via email on how to track your order once it has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the private nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

Any items designed to come in contact with any body part or liquid are non-returnable and non-resellable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they will be considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Vibrators and dildos
Douche/enema kits
Anal toys, beads and plugs
Penis and ball devices, penis rings, and penis sleeves
Gags and cords
Underwear and men’s clothing
Lubricants, massage oils, condoms and body paint are also non-returnable.

In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped on the same day, so you can receive it quickly. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the address. In most cases, if an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. All returned orders will be refunded and cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you do not want to receive your order again, we recommend that you mark the package “Return to Sender” and refuse the order upon delivery. You may also bring the unopened package back to the carrier and inform them of your refusal to accept the shipment. Once the shipping box is opened, all orders will be considered used and will not be accepted for return at our warehouse. Please ensure that the shipping box remains sealed.
