Refund Policy
Due to the private nature of the items we sell, we are unable to refund or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vibrators and dildos
- Douche/enema kits
- Anal toys, beads and plugs
- Penis and ball devices, penis rings, and penis sleeves
- Gags and cords
- Underwear and men’s clothing
- Lubricants, massage oils, condoms and body paint are also non-returnable.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it. If there are any return issues, s anytime at [email protected].
Refunds
For returns, the shipping costs for both sending and returning will be borne by the buyer, totaling 35% of the order amount.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
