Myymiemme tavaroiden yksityisyyden vuoksi, we are unable to refund or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. Tämä on terveydelle, asiakkaidemme turvallisuutta ja mielenrauhaa.

Damages and problems

Refunds
For returns, the shipping costs for both sending and returning will be borne by the buyer, totaling 35% of the order amount.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
