Из -за личного характера продаваемых предметов, которые мы продаем, we are unable to refund or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. Это для здоровья, Безопасность и душевное спокойствие наших клиентов.
Любые предметы, предназначенные для контакта с любой частью тела или жидко. Как только эти предметы покинут наш склад, они будут считаться использованными и поэтому не могут быть возвращены.

- Анальные игрушки, Бусы и заглушки
- Пенис и шариковые устройства, пенис кольца, и пенис рукава
- Приколы и шнуры
- Нижнее белье и мужская одежда
- Смазочные материалы, массаж масла, презервативы и краска для тела также невозможны.
Damages and problems

Refunds
For returns, the shipping costs for both sending and returning will be borne by the buyer, totaling 35% of the order amount.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
