Zbog privatne prirode predmeta koje prodajemo, we are unable to refund or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. Ovo je za zdravlje, sigurnost i mir naših kupaca.
Svi predmeti koji su dizajnirani da dođu u kontakt s bilo kojim dijelom tijela ili tekućinom ne mogu se vratiti niti preprodati. Nakon što ti artikli napuste naše skladište, smatrat će se korištenima i stoga se ne mogu vratiti.
Ovo uključuje, ali nije ograničeno na:
- Vibratori i dildoi
- Pribor za tuširanje/klistir
- Analne igračke, kuglice i čepovi
- Uređaji za penis i loptice, prstenovi za penis, i rukavima za penis
- Zatvarači i uzice
- Donje rublje i muška odjeća
- Maziva, ulja za masažu, kondomi i boja za tijelo također se ne mogu vratiti.
Damages and problems

Refunds
For returns, the shipping costs for both sending and returning will be borne by the buyer, totaling 35% of the order amount.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
