Било који предмет дизајниран да стигну у контакт са било којим делом тела или течношћу не враћају се и не-презензиви. Једном када ови предмети напусте наше складиште, они ће се сматрати коришћеним и зато се не могу вратити.

Damages and problems

Refunds
For returns, the shipping costs for both sending and returning will be borne by the buyer, totaling 35% of the order amount.
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the system will automatically refund you according to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
